Featured speaker: Dr. Mark Montana
Successful treatment for fully edentulous patients, including immediate temporization at time of surgery, has become more acceptable and achievable with the advancement of implant treatment therapies and product innovations. This program will focus on new modalities available for the treatment of edentulous patients utilizing a versatile two-piece restorative concept for simplified correction of angled implants. Positive clinical outcomes achieved through the utilization of this restorative solution will be presented. Following the lecture, a table clinic will offer basic hands-on experience with the components and procedures discussed.
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to understand:
• How to implement best practices for treatment planning a screw-retained, full-arch fixed restoration
• The surgical and restorative protocols for treatment of edentulous patients including immediate temporization
• The workflow and communication needed between the surgeon, restorative doctor and laboratory technician
• How innovative implant design, componentry and protocols can contribute to successful surgical and restorative outcomes
